Right now, if he doesn't get all the incentive money, he's getting about $7 million a year. Considering guys like Bargnani make $10 million per and Dalembert $11 million per and Bogut about $11 million a year, it's not horrible Still overpaid, but it's more reasonable than some people are making it out to be.
Gordon is overpaid because the Pistons ended up being the only bidder, but I think that was on Gordon and his agent and they didn't care if Chicago would match the offer or not. And the Pistons wanted to make sure they bid just enough so that the Bulls wouldn't match. Seems like the Pistons probably could have had Gordon at about $10 million per year, but didn't know that Gordon and his agent wouldn't even field any other offers, so I guess it's fine. Turkoglu is overpaid because of his age. I believe he'll be 35 when his contract ends, so he's overpaid. But, they had to bid higher than Portland to give themselves a chance at Hedo and if he was their target, they offered what they needed to get him.
I'd say it's either Gordon or Turkuglu depending how you look at it.

I would still say Varejao got overpaid. I mean Bargnani and Dalembert are overpaid too. Andrew Bogut has still been very good, but he's just never Ihealthy. I would say he's the best of the 4 though who deserves the contract he's getting... Skill wise. Not including injuries.
And like you said, the difference between Gordon's 11 million and 10 million is miniscule so it doesn't matter to you does it? Good point about Turkoglu though, I didn't realize he'd be that old.
