1. Jay Cutler
2. Matt Ryan
3. Aaron Rodgers
4. Philip Rivers
- Jay Cutler has the best arm of any of those QB's, as improved steadily season to season. I don't understand how anyone could have him not in the #1 spot. He's just simply the best out of the 4. Not much of a debate.
- Matt Ryan is the hardest to gauge because he's a rookie, but he has everything you want. He's probably the best leader of the group in terms of maturity, work ethic, etc. He has the arm, smarts, very Peyton Manning like.
- Aaron Rodgers is not at the level of Jay Cutler in terms of being special. But he's near Matt Ryan's level of potential. Rodgers has a great arm, his deep throw accuracy is amazing, he can make any throw on target, also has Tony Romo-esque mobility.
- Philip Rivers is going to have a solid career, but he's at the bottom of the list with these QB's. He doesn't have the arm they do. Simple as that, and he's not as mobile.
Outside of Denver, these QB's have very good general managers, which is a huge plus for them down the road.
