Surprised nobody put Anchorman yet, though most of you seen to be avoiding comedies.

I only went with one comedy and for me it had to be Step Brothers.

To me, those are just "very good" comedies. I put Little Miss Sunshine because it really launched some "indie comedy" flicks.

I think out of all the major mainstream comedies, the two that stick out as good enough for top ten/fifteen lists are 40 Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up. I could see Shaun of the Dead as well.

But I love Anchorman, Old School, etc, just not Top Ten flicks material imo.

Gay porn doesn't count.

In no order.

City of God
Memento
Wall-E
No Country for Old Men
Kill Bill
Moon
The Departed
Into the Wild
Sin City
LOTR

Moon is my sleeper. I know it's not a big name movie. But I haven't seen that good of a movie in a long time, movie of the year. It's better than The Dark Knight, hate me. Plus how can you beat David Bowies son?

Props to Camby for putting The Pianist. And DRob for Darjeeling Limited, you the man

Thought I put in the Pianist. Easily top 3 for the Decade. I'll Take out Donnie Darko and Replace it with Pianist.

I have really been meaning to see Moon for a while. Hearing so many people call it a classic.

Good list and props to you for having City of God.
